CR's own material field reads Stainless Steel for three of those seven, and one of the three is the Breeo, which Breeo itself sells as Corten weathering steel. The case for this pit now rests where it should have from the start: Solo states an alloy grade, 304, and no other maker in this field states one at all.

Two things about that base are now recorded that were not before. It pools a bare pit, a pit with a stand and three different bundles under one rating, which is a configuration axis rather than a colour one — owners are rating different purchases. And 5 of the 13 reviews read were written outside the United States.
